Home, Office, and Commercial Methods of Carpet Cleaning
Truck-mounted steam cleaning:
This method is the most powerful way to get carpets thoroughly cleaned and uses a combination of steam and cleaning solution to power through stains. A suction hose draws the excess water and stains out of the carpet. With this expertise comes advanced technology that ensures your carpet is in the healthiest condition possible for you and your loved ones. Our trained team of technicians offers carpet cleaning services that utilize a truck-mounted cleaning system to dig up allergens, dust mites, dirt, and stains that collect over time. And before we get to work, we'll always be sure to perform an in-depth inspection of your carpet so we know exactly what condition it's in, as well as specific instructions the manufacturer recommends.
We understand that you need more than carpet cleaning. You also need to protect your investment by prolonging the life of your carpet and upholstery. Our long-term carpet protection strategy helps, including the following options designed to benefit your business.
After cleaning, we can apply a professional-strength carpet protector that helps your carpet, furniture, and partitions resist dirt, spills, and daily wear and tear. Safe for people, pets, and the environment, our carpet protection acts as a shield around the carpet fibers, making it difficult for dirt to infiltrate. The protector extends the life of your carpet; there is no unpleasant odor, and your carpet stays cleaner-longer. Best of all, the added carpet protection provides extra time to clean up any unexpected spills. And it eliminates pesky static buildup.
Bonnet Cleaning or VLM (Dry Cleaning Process)
No matter how diligently you vacuum your carpet and avoid spills, carpets are a magnet for dust, dirt, allergens, and bacteria. Tracked in by pets or on the soles of your shoes, debris works its way into the fibers of your carpet, where it becomes trapped. Professional carpet cleaning uses methods that aggressively target stains, embedded soil, and allergens while using best practices to prolong the life of your carpet. The traditional cleaning method is known as the hot water extraction method or steam cleaning. That method has been used for decades, pumping hot water and detergent into the carpet, then vacuuming up the water, stains, and debris. It's an effective method for old carpet and extreme staining, but the long dry times and excessive water use may be overkill for newer carpets or minimal staining.
Recently, new technology has emerged to minimize water use while offering the same stain-fighting power. VLM (very low moisture) carpet cleaning is a quick-dry alternative to the traditional method of carpet cleaning that will allow you to get back to using your carpet quickly. Very low moisture carpet cleaning is a newer technology that utilizes a cleaning compound mixed with water and sprayed onto carpets. When the cleaning solution hits soiled carpets, the compounds activate to promote a deep clean with less water than the traditional hot water extraction method. We use machines designed to spread the cleansing agent, working it deep into the carpet. This technology allows dirt and grime to be encapsulated and removed by a brush or vacuum. Very low moisture cleaning leaves your carpet clean within 30 minutes to a couple of hours, so you can use the room again almost immediately. For families that don't want to tiptoe around wet carpets for up to a day, this option provides minimal drying time. This is also a great solution for offices and schools unable to restrict use during drying time.
